Valentine’s day is coming up, so what better way to share the day with your loved one than the L.A. Zoo’s very own Sex and the City Zoo II. The Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens will be celebrating Valentine’s Day this Sunday with a fun filled day for couples. The zoo is not usually the first place you think when you think of Valentine’s day but this year they have some great presentations and activities. This is the 2nd year for the Sex and the City Zoo so you bet the animals know how special this day is.
There will be animal mating, dating, as well as a provocative “birds and bees” presentation for you to enjoy and learn a few things while your at it. The presenter for the “birds & bees” is Jason Jacobs who is a veteran of the zoo. You will learn about the pros and cons of relationships and staying single in the wild animal kingdom. There will also be desert and wine to enjoy with your significant other so you can make sure the day is one to remember. One important note for anybody considering going, this event is only available for those who are 21 and older. The reception is from 5-6pm and the lecture will be from 6-7pm. Come make it a day with your loved one at the zoo and learn all about the mating rituals of our fellow animals with Sex and City Zoo II.
